Dr Alam did graduation
from MAMC, Delhi, and post-graduation from UCMS, Delhi. Having inner
qualities of hard-working, sincerity, patience, and perseverance in
achieving the completion of duties. In addition to departmental duties,
he used to take theory and practical classes of BDS, BSc
(physiotherapy), BASLP, MLT, BSc (Nursing) students. He used to help Ph.D.
students and PG students in their projects. In electrophysiology,
pulmonary function testing, autonomic function testing lab – he can
manage laboratories, do research and teach.
His interest is in
research work in spirituality, neurophysiology, and sports. In previous
institution, he had contributed technical inputs in setting up of
physiology department in ANIIMS, Port Blair. From time to time
administrative related work has been assigned to him. In the department,
he used to manage student attendance, internal assessment, laboratories,
and departmental library.
He had attended various
conferences and workshops/training. He was resource faculty in the 4th
Annual Conference of UP-UK chapter Physiologists and Pharmacologists of
India. He became a life member of the Association
of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India (ASSOPI) in the year
2020.
