 Dr. Seema Jain is presently
serving as Professor Department of
Pharmacology, University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, India. She is involved in the teaching
of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students for more than 15 years and
is enriched with research experience in the field of Pharmacology. Her
thrust area of research includes neuropharmacology including epilepsy,
cognition, indigenous drug research and toxicology. She has supervised
and co-supervised guided theses of more
than ten postgraduate students. She has published several research
papers in various reputed National and International Journals.
She has participated in various national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops and
presented several papers as oral and poster presentations in various
conferences. She was awarded
certificate for 2nd best paper in1st National
symposium cum workshop of ISRPT, held at UCMS, Delhi in 2009. She is also
invited as an external examiner in several medical colleges for
conduction of MBBS, M. Pharma and M.Sc. Pharmacology examinations. She
is also serving as an expert in advisory
committee for PhD students and as a member in various committees.
