 Dr. Puja Kumari
Jha is working as Assistant Professor in the department
of Biochemistry and has more than 5 years of experience in teaching,
clinical and research work. She did her MBBS from Calcutta National
Medical College, Calcutta University and MD (Biochemistry) from
University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University. She had
published her research papers in many reputed international and
national journals and presented the research work in many conferences. Adequate Knowledge on techniques of molecular biology
including DNA extraction & quantification , Conventional PCR,
Multiplex-PCR, Allele Refractory Mutation System, Restricted Fragment Length
Polymorphism, Gel Electrophoresis, ELISA and other techniques . She
is a certified internal
auditor as per NABL ISO 15189-2012; and proficient in dealing with laboratory
management, quality control and day to day troubleshooting of the
laboratory. Her research area of interest is Genetic polymorphism, Dyslipidemia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Medical
education and Patient Safety in Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory.
